For first-time parents.

I’ll share my time-tested skills for soothing a baby as well as offer support/instruction and tips around breastfeeding. For families with children at home, I can help your children adjust to their new baby brother or sister. I’ll offer an extra set of experienced hands to help with one baby or multiple and assist with household chores and organization. Most importantly, I’ll help you find time for some much-needed rest.

I understand that coming home with a new baby is both wonderful and overwhelming.

As a Postpartum Doula, I’m here to ease your transition into “The Fourth Trimester” and give you all the support you need to feel confident as a new parent.
